  • Spectrum Direct™ will gradually transition in the coming years, and its functionality expanded under a new name more representative of our service offering: Spectrum Management System. Since May 1st 2014, the Spectrum Direct™ <<Microwave application>> option was limited to browsing previously submitted applications.
  • The Spectrum Management System is now available at:  http://sms-sgs.ic.gc.ca/ where you will find our new web page to submit microwave application using redesigned forms adapted to our new licence structure.
  • Please read the Spectrum Application Modernization Project Information page for more detailed information.
  • A pre-production <<sandbox>> environment is available at: http://sms-sgs-preprod.ic.gc.ca/ for you to familiarize yourself. Your Industry Canada local office contact will provide you with the registration information now that the new environments are available.

Spectrum Licence Browser


Use the Virtual Licence system to find, download, and print a copy of your radiocommunication licences. The Land Station Browser, Mobile Station Browser, and Invoice Browser allow you to browse and search all administrative, technical, and financial information about the radio licence accounts associated with your Web profile. Spectrum Licence Browser allows you to access and view licence data for current spectrum licensees.

Invoices

Invoice Browser Password Protected


Use the Invoice Payment option to securely pay your radio licence invoice on-line using a credit card (to a maximum of $4,999). You will need your account number and the number of the invoice you wish to pay. If you have a Web profile, the Invoice Browser provides access to detailed invoice information and our payment system. It is now possible to adjust the amount of your payment to reflect licence cancellations/modifications.

The National Maritime Information Database (NMID) is a dynamic database containing the details (vessel or coast station information, vessel name, owner, type and size, etc.) of all Maritime Mobile Service Identities (MMSIs) assigned to Canadian vessels and coast stations by Industry Canada.
NewThe Maritime Identity Search contains the Maritime Identity number and the owner name of all registered Maritime Identity Portable Devices.
